I’ll wait a week to write my real review and edit this one. I have a fridge that I’m paying on and it’s under warranty and my husband called to get it looked at and fixed and nobody has came out yet to fix it. And my husband called last Thursday. It is (6-14-26) now. The water is hooked up and it’s not dispensing water or making ice.
I had the chance to speak with staff here, not for a purchase but for another matter and I believe I spoke with Chaniece. She was awesome! I watched first hand at her customer service on a busy Saturday morning and she didn’t let anything razzle her and she was kind and so supportive of everyone coming in! If I was to ever come in for furniture, I would definitely seek her out.

The process of finding and renting out the furniture I needed was so fast and efficient l! I really wasn’t expecting it to be so easy, but it was. I highly recommend for first time renters as myself, the staff really knows what they are doing and they are there to help you. I spoke with Cherie and she even made sure to call me and keep me updated on all the steps we needed to take to ensure a smooth delivery. So very helpful and nice!

I love everyone that works at the Alton location! They are so sweet and understanding & really try to work with you if something comes up. I refuse to do business anywhere else! Best Customer Service by far. 🫶🏽
