The employees are very pleasant to talk to very helpful and very friendly and they conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism I definitely recommend going here if you are looking to get furniture for your house just all around pleasant experience

I am not a customer of rent one and will never be. I have been charged 200.00 and then 300.00 for items that I never rented. The 1st time it happened they were supposed to remove the card information and of course they didn't so therefore the 2nd transaction happened. Again I sit and wait around broke till they decide to refund my money. They ain't got no problem taking it but they sure have an issue with giving it back even though it's an unauthorized transaction. They always seem to have a bug in there system. All they say is sorry. Well tell that to my hungry family and to my job cause I have no gas to get there or the bills that come due. Thank you rent one. Your absolutely good at robbing people. You ain't even worth a star.
