Will never go there again. Had them order us a couch. Said it would take 2 weeks to come in. But I started making my payments the moment I ordered it. A month goes by and still no couch. I called several times for updates, with nobody able to give me an answer. Called them again on a Saturday and was told couch was for sure coming that following Monday. So to make room for it, we gave our couch away that Sunday. Monday comes and still no couch. We call just to find out supposedly the wrong couch came in and would have to wait another month for our couch. Buuuut didn’t have the decency to call and tell us

Purchased a washing machine not even 2 years ago. Payed it off about 5 months ago. Came home from work and its making a noise wasn't even being used at the time. Go in and to find out if there's a warranty on it or what they could do. They told me they would have a technician come look at it for free and fix it for free. Was told technician would call to set up appointment, never received a call. Went back in three days later to find out why they haven't called , they then tell me they can't look at it or fix it for free and they weren't even going to call and tell me that. I was lied to and have 2 witness that heard them say that they would fix it for free, and they didn't even have the decency to call me.

Do not ever rent from this place I rented a sectional couch and a whole bedroom set I pay two payments and did not receive any of my stuff I called up there and they said they had to reschedule deliveries because they're delivery driver called in this is not good business I recommend you guys go somewhere else to buy your stuff

Well, I'm still waiting for my voucher for the freezer that I brought back before my 6 months was up. I was told I would get something in the mail to show me how much would go towards my next purchase? That was months ago never received anything.

It has been lovely so far. They said my washer and dryer was out of stock but they ordered them in. And they said it would be 2 to 8 weeks and was less than 2 weeks. I'm loving it so far.
