I've had problem with the Rent One in Walnut Ridge and I thought the Pocahontas location was better. But when I returned my washer/dryer combo and asked them to bring my old w/d back inside (they knew it was right inside the garage), they promised they would and then when they got there, refused to do it! They also had a problem the last time they were here about not wanting to hook up the refrigerator. Give me a break!! These rental places KNOW that people need them to connect things and put their appliances back in place when they forfeit a rental. I called their boss, who is not really a "boss" because she said she could not tell them to bring the old w/d back in if they didn't want to. So now I'm stuck with no washer and dryer and having to find someone to do it which is more expense! Change your policies, folks. Print waivers for people to sign! This is ridiculous!

I couldn’t afford to buy a phone like I wanted out right, so I went to Rent One and they fixed me up with an iPhone 15 on one of the payment options that I can afford. It was a no stress experience.
We had had a death in the family and were traveling to Pocahontas AR for the burial; our father had difficulty slowing in a bed (generally sleeps in his recliner at home). Check with the hotel and they didn’t have any recliners on-site, so was talking with friends trying to come up with a solution, when someone suggested a rent-a-center type deal. I started looking the area and came across RentOne, called, explained our predicament and asked if it would be possible to rent a recliner for one night? They were all so helpful and made all the arrangements needed to accommodate our needs. Thank you RentOne team for all your help and assistance. The Templeton family.
I recently got a TV stand with a fireplace and love it. The staff was amazing. Explained everything in detail, and was a very pleasant experience. The men that delivered it were friendly and very efficient. Demonstrated it working and explained everything I needed to know. Definitely recommend this store, and the staff should be recognized for their hard work and professionalism.
