They have lied from the start. Got a new set and it didn’t work day one. I called and they still charged me while wait TWO WEEKS for a replacement. Got the replacement and they upped my contact price from 19.99/week to $30! We got it back down to $19.99/week and they have reupped my contract price again to $25.99/week. There’s been a few times where I’ve paid and they keep hounding me saying I haven’t. I’ve recorded all interactions with these scammy people. Editing my review as of 4/21/26 They got new management after my review, went well at first, however I got a week behind and let them know of the situation, that we are at Riley hospital in Indianapolis. They said that it’s alright and they will note it. However, they have been harassing me calling me from three different stores and personal numbers.

The staff has been friendly, but my things were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, I took off of work, I’m a union pipefitter so Saturdays are time and a half, so I would have been making over 60$ an hour for 10 hours that day. They called me 45 minutes before delivery and said they couldn’t make it. The manager did try to make it up by giving me a free week, which i understand but that one free week compared to me missing work didn’t quite make it up that was a 700$ day for me and we had been scheduled for over a week. The customer service has been good though they have stayed in contact with me, I guess them not delivering when they said they would and me having to take off work and miss out on money is the reason for the 2 stars

There has been nothing positive about my experience with them. Communication is terrible, no follow through , and very unprofessional. I have had to continue to reach out to them to stay updated on delivery. Pricing and contract was wrong once applied to the system. I called and asked to cancel, was asked to allow them to correct the error. I allowed that, however the manager didn’t follow through with her promise and plan. Then a payment was withdrawn from account the original WRONG amount. I am cancelling the contract on Monday!!!!
