***DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!*** *if i could give them ZERO stars i would......* started out going here because rent a center in washington, IN screwed us over-sold a washer and dryer set from under us- they gave us a loaner and ordered us a brand new set. they deliver the loaner set and it didnt even work! we got pedestals with them and they only brought one and continued to charge us for them then they switch out the broken machine and take the pedestals with them and guess what?! THEY STILL CHARGE US FOR THEM BOTH when we dont even have them. fast forward to few days ago, we call them to ask about our new set they ordered and they say its in but they cant deliver it to us yet because theyre too busy. BUT THEY ARE STILL CHARGING US FOR THE BRAND NEW SET THEY HAVENT DELIVERED!! fast forward to yesterday, we call because we get a call from them about our account being past due. we just paid $150(first monthly payment) 2 weeks ago! the manager says its past due because our payment is every 2 weeks and between $150-180(i dont remember exact amount). they told us up front it was monthly! AAND SHE GOES ON TO TELL US WE NEVER EVEN PAID ANYTHING TO START OUT when they wont let you rent without payment first. So moral of the story DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF EVERY BIT OF MONEY YOU HAVE!!!!! They can not be trusted!!
They have lied from the start. Got a new set and it didn’t work day one. I called and they still charged me while wait TWO WEEKS for a replacement. Got the replacement and they upped my contact price from 19.99/week to $30! We got it back down to $19.99/week and they have reupped my contract price again to $25.99/week. There’s been a few times where I’ve paid and they keep hounding me saying I haven’t. I’ve recorded all interactions with these scammy people. Editing my review as of 4/21/26 They got new management after my review, went well at first, however I got a week behind and let them know of the situation, that we are at Riley hospital in Indianapolis. They said that it’s alright and they will note it. However, they have been harassing me calling me from three different stores and personal numbers.

Brittany is the best to work with. She's very focused on the customers needs and gets things done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend going to this store!!!!
The staff has been friendly, but my things were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday, I took off of work, I’m a union pipefitter so Saturdays are time and a half, so I would have been making over 60$ an hour for 10 hours that day. They called me 45 minutes before delivery and said they couldn’t make it. The manager did try to make it up by giving me a free week, which i understand but that one free week compared to me missing work didn’t quite make it up that was a 700$ day for me and we had been scheduled for over a week. The customer service has been good though they have stayed in contact with me, I guess them not delivering when they said they would and me having to take off work and miss out on money is the reason for the 2 stars
