I would just like to say Thank you to Nikki and the Crew at the Vincennes Indiana Location. I was diagnosed with cancer and sometimes was late and she always understood and worked with me. She was amazing and has compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart I NOW OWN 2 RECLINERS

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional rental business I have ever dealt with. Multiple people handling accounts and phones but not talking to each other and canceling out plans other made, not following through with plans, and harassing customers when they made the change in the store. I will NEVER go through them for anything again unless it is ran by new people.

I went to pay my chair off and Nikki at the Vincennes store told me about deals that they had and I was looking actually for another recliner and I found one and it ended up being over half off and I was really excited cuz it's for my daughter it's an electric chair and she has special needs so it'll fit her needs perfectly. I appreciate it the help excited I get my chair tomorrow.
