I always have a wonderful experience with the American Rentals. Marie, Ashlee, Joshua, & Doug were so kind and helpful, The Pennington Gap Store team could not be any better!!

I absolutely love American rental. I’m from Franklin so I’ve been going to American rental for 5 years and after moving down to Bloomington I was still blown away to the kind support and staff they have at there location so thank u to Sean for making the process fast easy and affordable

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional rental business I have ever dealt with. Multiple people handling accounts and phones but not talking to each other and canceling out plans other made, not following through with plans, and harassing customers when they made the change in the store. I will NEVER go through them for anything again unless it is ran by new people.

The process was fast simple and easy, I brought my kiddos and they were able to be comfortable in the building as well which was awesome 😎 I'm really excited for mine and my wife's riding lawn mower to show up tomorrow morning!

The staff there was very courteous and very helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate them working with me On figuring out what would be the best fit for my living room. I’m very satisfied with what I got and yes, I would purchase from them again

The crew were on time & very friendly & professional. Got my old dryer out & new one in in about 15 minutes. Excellent job especially considering it was 100 degrees!! Thanks for all you guys & gals do!!

I am from NY and just moved my son to TN. Jim was incredibly helpful in selecting furniture for his apartment by sending pictures and suggesting certain pieces that would be good for the apartment. He was extremely helpful and made the move so much easier knowing I didn’t need to worry about having to do all of this once we got to TN. Delivery was on time and easy!
