Love my local RAC!!! I’ve been a customer here for a long time, and I love that it’s been the same friendly faces since day one. The staff is incredibly nice, compassionate, and truly understanding. If you’re going through a rough patch and need a little extra time on a payment, they will actually work with you. That said, don't mistake their kindness for weakness. At the end of the day, it's a business & if you don't communicate or make your payments, they will act like any other creditor, and they have every right to…. I had looked at multiple other furniture stores shopping for a couch and found one I liked but wanted to check other places before purchasing. My son and I ended up finding a couch we liked so much better at Aaron's but was way more expensive and I couldn't afford it. The employee offered to match the price from another store if I wanted to buy the better couch from them today and I agreed. We got a better couch for the same price as the one we didn't like as much at the other store. I would definitely recommend going there over any other furniture store in Columbus.
