Such a good experience! They were on time with the time they set. They explained the contract very well made sure I understood everything and had the best attitude! Carried everything in and set it all up for me no problem!
Major and Raven are some great guys and provided excellent customer service. Growbys is lucky to have these guys on their install and delivery team!
The process was perfect start to finish. I rented a lift chair for post op short term. The chair was FABULOUS, as were the store staff and especially the guys that delivered it and picked it up. I won't hesitate to use this company again when I need any type of rental. Thanks again Growby's!
15/10 recommend this company to anyone i know. Purchased several electronics now a bed but I keep coming back because the customer service you get from Kaitlyn Sarah Jon and Major is the kind of customer service you don't see these days. Thanks making sure we had our bed set up and ready for our mom to come home from the nursing home. We will be back soon for sure.
Delivery guys came by today to deliver our couch and love seat. They did an amazing job, they were careful with the sofas and didn't even scratch a thing! They guys were very polite....Thank you Growbys
