What amazing staffing to help before moving to their new location! Put on cartoons for the kids to watch while doing paperwork. Delivery team was amazing! Thank you guys!
The process was perfect start to finish. I rented a lift chair for post op short term. The chair was FABULOUS, as were the store staff and especially the guys that delivered it and picked it up. I won't hesitate to use this company again when I need any type of rental. Thanks again Growby's!
My fridge quit working and growbys of Mitchell was very quick to get me a new one the same day! Not to mention everyone was so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back

The best part about my experience is that I wasn't pressured into a decision, I was greeted very professionally and notified that if needed there was someone to help and answer any questions I had. The process was done in a timely manner and there wasn't one step not covered in every way. I felt very comfortable with everything the entire time I was there, and I will definitely continue doing business with Growbys in Mitchell Indiana.
They was very nice and very helpful and did amazing job.
I am so thankful for Mathew and the lady that was there tonight around 1:30-5:30 I can’t remember names but they are so amazing and helped us out termemdiously! Our last fridge bought from Walmart blew up and caught fire on us! So we had no other option but to get a new one today, and thanks to growbys and these two fine people it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! 100/10 definitely recommend and def will be keeping my business w them! Love and appreciate you guys beyond words you’ll never truly understand how God used yall to bless us today and I’m beyond thankful!
Growby’s has been such a blessing to our family. They have always been kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful during difficult times. One thing that really stood out to me was when they actually went to Lowe’s themselves to pick up what we needed just to make sure our household could keep running smoothly. That level of care is rare these days. They also showed so much compassion and understanding when I became sick and couldn’t make a payment one week. Instead of making me feel stressed or judged, they treated me with kindness and humanity. It’s clear they truly care about the people they help, not just the job itself. I’m beyond grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend Growby’s to anyone looking for a company with both professionalism and heart.
Great service, professional. Purchased and delivered same day. Two guys delivered our sectional within 10-15 minutes.
Got our washer & dryer delivered from them this afternoon Delivery guys managed to squeeze us in for same day set up & even ran to the store to get all the right parts! Great people & lots of deals
Great people! From sale to delivery! Delivery men were awesome. New washer installed and old one gone within 10 minutes. And it was a situation where washer was needed within next few days and they had delivered and installed the next day! Thank you!
15/10 recommend this company to anyone i know. Purchased several electronics now a bed but I keep coming back because the customer service you get from Kaitlyn Sarah Jon and Major is the kind of customer service you don't see these days. Thanks making sure we had our bed set up and ready for our mom to come home from the nursing home. We will be back soon for sure.
Johnny and Uriah delivered our riding mower and scooter this morning. They were on time and very friendly! They were also knowledgeable able the products to show us how to use them. Both of us truly appreciate Growbys and these wonderful delivery guys for their great service! We've been loyal customers for years and highly recommend Growbys to everyone!
