My fridge quit working and growbys of Mitchell was very quick to get me a new one the same day! Not to mention everyone was so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be going back
Sam and Lacy at the Mitchell store made mine and my fiancé's experience renting a coffee table so easy and enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back! We love the coffee table, too!
The best part about my experience is that I wasn't pressured into a decision, I was greeted very professionally and notified that if needed there was someone to help and answer any questions I had. The process was done in a timely manner and there wasn't one step not covered in every way. I felt very comfortable with everything the entire time I was there, and I will definitely continue doing business with Growbys in Mitchell Indiana.
I am so thankful for Mathew and the lady that was there tonight around 1:30-5:30 I can’t remember names but they are so amazing and helped us out termemdiously! Our last fridge bought from Walmart blew up and caught fire on us! So we had no other option but to get a new one today, and thanks to growbys and these two fine people it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! 100/10 definitely recommend and def will be keeping my business w them! Love and appreciate you guys beyond words you’ll never truly understand how God used yall to bless us today and I’m beyond thankful!
Growby’s has been such a blessing to our family. They have always been kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful during difficult times. One thing that really stood out to me was when they actually went to Lowe’s themselves to pick up what we needed just to make sure our household could keep running smoothly. That level of care is rare these days. They also showed so much compassion and understanding when I became sick and couldn’t make a payment one week. Instead of making me feel stressed or judged, they treated me with kindness and humanity. It’s clear they truly care about the people they help, not just the job itself. I’m beyond grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend Growby’s to anyone looking for a company with both professionalism and heart.
Got our washer & dryer delivered from them this afternoon Delivery guys managed to squeeze us in for same day set up & even ran to the store to get all the right parts! Great people & lots of deals
