The whole deal was so simple! I filled out an application on line. Picked the unit I wanted. Paid the initial rental fee on line. A week later my washer/dryer arrived. There were two gentlemen that delivered, set up, and checked to make sure all was in working order. I am thrilled about the whole process! This has to be the best business deal I have ever encountered! Thank you American Rental!

All in all they provide a good service and quality I have a laptop and it's real decent only thing it was delivered to me with the wrong charger. Everything all done over the phone except explaining how and which day payments were due on Louisville was weekly bi weekly or monthly it was never discussed but here I am I get a call 4 days later seeing the payment is due today crazy and the type of payment will never discuss with me over the phone either the correct charger I'm supposed to be brought out will never brought out that I know of but that's okay I figured it out.
On my 3rd purchase,from the shelbyville store ... staff are great ,steve is on top of any issues you may have . Had an issue with a recliner and they did everything possible to solve it and make sure i was happy... zero complaints
The staff were very professional and definitely took care of me when I needed a couch and tv for my new apartment. They were very friendly and got my stuff out to me the very next day. I will definitely be coming back to them for more stuff.
Their furniture is of great quality, the price is really affordable, and their employees and delivery guys are friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to answer your questions. These people worked diligently to get me in the bed, I was fortunate they was there for me when I needed them. you couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable set of guys Steve took care of me he figured it all out and ain't nothing like that delivery driver Jordan. I just got my own place and the only thing I currently have is that bad thanks guys
