Overall experience has been positive. However, my wife is struggling to get out of the chair by herself. She only has use of one arm and maybe not enough strength in her left arm thus far.
I have wanted new furniture since I lost everything and now I have got my new couch and I love it so I am going to lay down and binge watch my shows and I’m not going in my bed. I’m gonna sleep on my couch. The delivery man were awesome and they were prompt on time. I recommend American rental.
They showed great customer service and was very polite and helpful. They didn't have the couch in stock I ordered but took the time to call other stores to see if they had any available.
American rental is a great place to get your appliances furniture etc... thank you for letting us be part of your business and customers as well

I have used American Rental for many years and bought many things I wouldn't have been able to afford if it had not been for them. I am currently using the Aurora, In store and have been pleased with all transactions, from being able to pick online and pay down to delivery guys being gracious and friendly. They have a great team there and John is a A-1 guy. Thanks for all your hard work in helping me find and get the things I need and WANT!

I have been with American rental for over 10yrs, and I have always been treated great, always received the the best customer service and products!!! I have never had an issue with none of the items I purchased!! Also they give you the easiest way to get things you want or need at a really good price!! They are honest, straight forward and respectful!! I will never go anywhere else!! The mgr (John) is the nicest and most understanding Sales Representative I have ever had !!!
