American Rental

They were fast to sell me an Ebike for my grandson and he loves it but it's ashamed he can't ride it because they sent the wrong charger. This was on Saturday. I was told I would have another by Monday this is Tuesday and still no charger. When I spoke to staff on phone the lady was very rude. This is at the Leitchfield location. I will not be doing business there again. It's sad to buy a 6 year old an Ebike and see the excitement then watch him mope around for days because he can't ride it.

We had a great experience. All questions answered!! The furniture in the store we wanted were already sold and still got it the next day. Thank you

Bonnie and her team at the Leitchfield location are absolutely wonderful! They are friendly, respectful, supportive and welcoming! We have been longtime customers and will remain that way! Thanks Bonnie and crew for all that you do!!

Horrible would never rent , are deal with them . The manager Bonnie reach out to my daughter that’s going through hard time right now with my special need grandson and being in the hospital very sick as a single mom had the nerve to message her with false information said my daughter block the calls saying and the message she sent her was unprofessional and my daughter sent it to me I could not even believe that came from a company , I would like to speak to someone about this situation . In all my years I have never seen anything like this . If someone is late on many payments and can’t get a hold of them they could alway reach out the reference . That’s the point to have that on file in case they be can’t reach the person . What if she had pass away ? What if she was on hospital in Critical condition? You could have reach out to the people she put down and you would have know what being going on same on you again please have someone to reach out to me on this matter

I deleted my last review because Bonnie reached out to me and explained things to me that apparently I didnt remember when we talked. She is a wonderful person and has reached out to me to make things where I can continue to make my payments. I appreciate you Bonnie and staff and look forward to my business with you. Like I posted before this will be my 2nd set of washer and dryer I have purchased through them as well as a bedroom suite for my daughter and a couch at one time as well as many other things. I would recommend you checking them out.

I absolutely love Elizabethtown American Rental. The delivery people are super good and quick. The customer service and management Claire is awesome always available for questions or resolving issues. Other employees work well as a team. Just love this American Rental location. It will always be my store of choice.
