My experience was wonderful. Always so kind and when my partner passed way and I couldn't pay for the chair anymore they didn't treat me any different or negative in any way. And even offered to let me rent again with money spent on the chair to out towards another rental

We ordered a stereo system from them. To start off they were supposed to deliver it between 1 and 3 I left work early to make sure one of us was there. They didn't get to the house until 5. They told us the price we would pay was 48. We received the stereo Thursday. They tried to take out a payment today for 58. My husband calls and he is told we have to pay 64. And it's broken!!!

The website was very user friendly, I use to always go in the store but I can do it all online now which is even better cause of my working hours.

All of the guys in the Leitchfield store are absolutely amazing! They always help me with whatever I need and go above and beyond! Brandon does an amazing job at running the store! Super nice guy!

So I purchased a washing machine and a dryer made by whirlpool and neither one of them have worked right since the day I bought them. They took the washing machine and said they fixed it but the first time I used it it broke again the dryer also does not do what it's supposed to do I told them what it did and instead of sending me a replacement they sent out the guys to look and tell me the same that I told them so now here it is Sunday a day they're closed and I can't use either machine to wash or dry

Since new management, this place doesn't know how to communicate with their customers. Been going here for 22 years and have never had problems till now. Waiting on our love seat to be fixed for a year now which has been paid for.
