Daniel and manager made entire purchase very smooth, easy and timely. My sister told me of purchases made and so I chose to see what inventory they had in refrigerators. Will definitely think of them if any other purchases are needed. Made a refrigerator purchase and delivery, setup, haul away made my life so much easier. Friendly, courteous and left better than found. Thx American Rental for making my life so much better. Ordered refrigerator from another company and two delivery delayed emails later I cancelled and got refrigerator from American Rental in four days.

Was awesome !!!! The lady Hailey was wonderfull and very polite to us as soon as we walked in door..she walked all way up front to ask us if we needed help .thats what I call professional. ..very sweet young lady ...got us in and got us out with no problem and we were very satisfied..

So I would highly recommend that you do not do business in the store. It's pretty bad when you're told by an employee that they should not buy the items because they are literally a 100% marked up so they're wanting people to pay double the price and then wanted to buy a purse and he also looked it up on Amazon in front of us and said it was more than $300 overpriced. Thank God we didn't buy it the first day we went in and waited a day to go back in there then I decided to take my mom's personal information off of her Facebook and start messaging her through Facebook Messenger when she asked them very calmly and very nicely to shred her application so not only are they trying to rip off society but they're accessing personal information what does somebody's Facebook page have to do with communicating I think it's very rude I think it's very weird and both times I was in the store it was absolutely completely empty nobody in their shopping nobody in the parking lot I guess that I should have caught on to that before I ever went into this place so yeah I highly recommend if you don't want to get completely ripped off and dragged oh and they only offer a one year warranty on their products and they actually know absolutely nothing about the products they literally have people working in the store that cannot read a tape measure

Elizabeth was super helpful, courteous, friendly, great attitude, and amazing communication skills. The prices are absolutely AMAZING. I’m paying half of what I would have paid at any other place. As a first time customer. I’m already a happy customer. ETA: I spoke with her this past Thursday. I see that it’s Sunday and they’re closed on sundays. I just wanted to clear that up.

Came in to this store no one ever greeted. The guy saw us going inside the store just looked and didnt care no hi or smile. I saw his shirt and I know he is an employee. We continue to check the area, saw couple of staff already, none bothered to greet us or offered help like other stores. With the other reviews, I assume we were singled out, RACIST perhaps. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE I KNOW. Rude, lack of customer service, not friendly staff. Imagine getting stuff from them and later on have problems and had to deal with them?I guess it was a good sign. RUN AWAY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The team at American Rentals has consistently provided excellent customer service and were always helpful and friendly throughout the rental process. They readily helped me select the furniture that best suited my needs. I've consistently had a positive experience with American Rentals and would definitely recommend them.
