Just your friendly reminder that no matter what type of financial situation you are in, do not get anything from this company. The harassment is not worth it. The refuse to fix their website, and even if you have a weekly payment schedule or biweekly, the website forces you to pay the whole months amount. If you have auto draft set up for Friday, and your money hasn’t hit by the time they try to pull it… they call you 15 to 20 times per hour. I’ve had Christy call my phone 31 times in one day. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Their furniture is not worth the harassment from them.

I stopped in today just before closing time to get an idea of how I might furnish my recent move. I didn't make any purchases, but when I left the store, I noticed that I had a flat tire. Mike helped me inflate my tire after he was off the clock and refused to take any kind of compensation for his help. Just because of him, I will be back soon to do business.

Bought a washer and dryer. The washing machine keeps giving me trouble. They made it seem like they were trying to help but with the confusing way they explained it turns out it wasn’t helpful. The men that do the repair runs are sweet as can be but in store not so much. Pushy, and a lot of attitude if you decide to not buy something.

I stopped in today looking for a loveseat. The outside of the store just says AARONS. Evidently they cater to people who want to pay on time. I just want to purchase it and not pay the crazy amount of money they would get on time. Also their cash prices were pretty high compared to other furniture stores. Not for me.

We recently bought a couch with matching loveseat and refrigerator. The manager was really nice and was a great help. His boss actually got us a nice deal for everything. We were are happy with everything. 😀😀
