Will definitely recommend this furniture store to my family and friends. They made the process easy. There were items that I wanted that wasn’t at their store and they went out their way to accommodate me. I also really love my new furniture. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with American Rental in Franklin, Indiana. I called yesterday and spoke with a man named Jim. He seemed very confused from the beginning and became irritated with me for asking a simple question about purchasing furniture. During the call, he told me he was the only person in the store, which I later found out was not true. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and frustrating. When I contact a business about spending money, I expect to speak with someone knowledgeable and willing to help — not someone who gets angry and provides false information. This experience was unexpected and has cost them a potential customer. I will not be doing business with this location.

Very nice and helpful. Everyone in the store was really friendly and I will recommend them to friends.

I've always used American rental from when I lived in Mooresville on up to Indy. They are the greatest people.ever . I would not rent to own anywhere else.

Rental was easy over the phone. My chair has not been delivered yet, s I can't speak of the whole experience yet.

What a pleasant experience! We needed a motorized recliner for my mom while she rehabs at a facility for a broken hip. The store manage fixed us right up. She was quick to make it happen and the chair was delivered to my mom’s room within an hour. Highly recommend for your short or long term rentals.
