I have bought items from this store for years. They are very kind, friendly, helpful, and when you can't pay your payment on time due to financial reasons they are very understanding ,and will work with you. I highly recommend this store.

I had a very disappointing experience with American Rental in Franklin, Indiana. I called yesterday and spoke with a man named Jim. He seemed very confused from the beginning and became irritated with me for asking a simple question about purchasing furniture. During the call, he told me he was the only person in the store, which I later found out was not true. The entire interaction felt unprofessional and frustrating. When I contact a business about spending money, I expect to speak with someone knowledgeable and willing to help — not someone who gets angry and provides false information. This experience was unexpected and has cost them a potential customer. I will not be doing business with this location.

I've always used American rental from when I lived in Mooresville on up to Indy. They are the greatest people.ever . I would not rent to own anywhere else.
Friendly service, and fast delivery..went out of their way to make sure to keep a surprise for family..awesome attitude wich made it very convenient for service..
Rental was easy over the phone. My chair has not been delivered yet, s I can't speak of the whole experience yet.
