Customer reviews
My son in law ordered this couch and it had a VERY STRONG urine Oder all over the cushions and a mildew smell on the back cushions, he called RAC that same day and went in to order a new not used couch. It took them 4 days to pick up this used urine and mildew smelling couch before delivering the new one, the smell was so bad that it caused us to have headaches, and now since picking it up THEY HAVE IT POSTED AGAIN TO SELL!!!! That is disgusting that nasty smell isn’t going to come out or it would have the first time that they “cleaned” it!!!! Be careful ordering used furniture from Franklin RAC
Worst place ever to rent to own from just a money grab stuff on they website is not what you will get if I could get a 0 star to them I would
