The people are so nice and are very helpful. From A to Z I had no unanswered question's. I was aware of what to expect and everything was explained throughly.

Crappy store, I was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered to me the next day of purchase and got told the next day that they don't do deliveries on Fridays, then get told they was gonna do it but then I get a call back after they close saying they wasn't able to make it out that it wouldn't be till sometime the following week. When online even says same day delivery. Also I get told the price I had to put day was going to be $44 and some chance to then be told it was $60.

I purchased a washer and dryer a few years ago from the johnson city store. Used the washer and over a year ago it tore up. Sent the washer to be repaired being told it could take a month. Meanwhile the Johnson City store closed and we were directed to Kingsport. In the year they had the washer it just sat in their store. The entire time we were told it had been sent off to repair. It was one thing after another.Then finally after constantly calling and going to the store the manager told us the washer couldn't be repaired and he would order us a new one. So finally today the delivery guys come to drop it off. The washer isn't new. The washer is dirty and had scuff marks all over the sides. When I called to the store to ask where the new washer was he said no no it was a replacement not a new one. So I know my husband and I both didn't understand him wrong when he lied about a new washer. In the mean time while ours is being repaired we buy a new set. When the delivery driver comes he drops it leaving a huge dent in the side. We were advised he would let the manager know and they would make it right. A year later nothing. When we were customers of the Johnson City store we were always taken care of as customers. Needless to say after this we will no longer be customers.
