Great experience all around very friendly and great people will help with anything you need! Got a gaming pc through them an I love it works great an nothing wrong with it at all. Phenomenal people would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I think it’s funny how they say you can give the stuff back and then just pick up where you left off I was about to buy a $4000 gaming computer off them plus another $400 AC off them. I feel like they false advertise with the stupid oh pay five dollars and you’re good for it, that’s a lie. They are very unprofessional. They literally would not rent to me because of a light bill that’s not even in the person that lives in a house name when I call and try to explain it they said oh I don’t have time for personal stories. I would not recommend this place at all. We bought our bed through them or refrigerator them or couches through them but yet just because we fell short last year and had to have them come take a window AC unit which on their website it says we can pay to get it back they was holding that over my head and then mentioning something saying my light bill wasn’t current when we just spent the past two or three months trying to catch up our light bill never will I ever rent from Rent-A-Center again I going to easy rentals or errands before these guys they constantly harass harass harass. If you’re just a day late on your payment, they show up to your door banging on your door like the police, don’t recommend this place at all

This is the new Amazon returns drop off location. While Amazon is pretty messed up, the manager I worked with was awesome.

I called the store to ask that they cancel payments and come to my house to take the items back. The reason i asked them to do this is because i could not make payments due to a surgery they told me that they would cancel payments and take the items back when i went in to get my surgery done i learned that they still took a payment out and when i tried to call no body wanted to help me with the issue then they sent people out to still take the items after taking a payment. In the end i would not ever reconmend this company to rent to own anything.

Can't put into words on the site how low down and dirty they did me, paid on it for a year and want it out of my house ASAP or I'll put it in the yard ........
