Got a washer and dryer set. The washer came messed up. During the spin cycle the drum would bang on the side of the washer and made a weird noise. We tried multiple times to balance it but it just continued. We got it send off and was givin a temporary washer till ours was fixed. Took 3 months to receive our washer back just for it to come all scratched up and still having the same problems. The people who deliver are very nice people but the actual product this place sells isn’t worth the cost and trouble. I’ll be getting a brand new washer soon so I’ll update this review when the new washer arrives. Till then I’ve had nothing but issues with the product. UPDATE: my new washer arrived. It came still in the box with no scratches and works great! I’m very glad that I was able to get a new washer and the whole situation figured out. The delivery people were amazing and allowed me to see the washer before it was installed and they handled it with care. The delivery people were so sweet and very attentive! While the two gentleman were installing the washer me, my company, and the two gentleman were all cracking jokes and having a great laugh. The manager was trying very hard to fix the whole situation and in the end everything was fixed. Thank you for helping us and getting everything fixed and figured out!
Easiest place to work with and quickest too. They got us on schedule asap and were so friendly we appreciate them so much! Best products too.
I am from NY and just moved my son to TN. Jim was incredibly helpful in selecting furniture for his apartment by sending pictures and suggesting certain pieces that would be good for the apartment. He was extremely helpful and made the move so much easier knowing I didn’t need to worry about having to do all of this once we got to TN. Delivery was on time and easy!
Staff is polite and nice, and the delivery drivers are careful and polite I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed
American Rental is a family atmosphere. JENNIFER made sure of that. She made me feel comfortable. She knew her products when I asked her questions. She knew exactly what I was wanting and needing. When I asked her opinions on which one was better, she gave me the direct answer. She was very friendly. She had a great sense of humor. She was like your best friend when you walked in there.. Jim seemed like a great guy. He wasn’t very talkative, but he knew his stuff. He had a good sense of humor and he was very family oriented. I would recommend this place to anyone looking To furnace their place at great prices.
I have conducted business with these guys for years. Great for business and personal needs. They have a large inventory of merchandise with top brand names. The staff, especially Jennifer, is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!
The rental is extremely affordable and was very simple to sign up! Our order was delivered to our door on time and was installed very quickly . We are very happy with American rental and plan on renting more items soon!
