This store is a joke!!!! I guess they can't don't simple MATH!!! Cause your payment with be one thing then take a jump price much higher then what the manager/ assistance management tells you. When the assistance manager messages you on Facebook one price when questioned about the price being higher he can't give you a correct answer as in why then block you cause he can't answer the customer question the lies after lies . That why you Report it with facts to Tennessee business Bureau... I was the store 2nd top customer but I'll never to business again here!!!
The employees at this location are absolutely the best. Kayla, Nicole, Cody and Joey are all very friendly and willing to help their customers in any way possible. Let’s not forgot about Paul and Roger that work hard delivering all the products we want, and picking up the products we don’t want, all without notice. Today we notice them and want to show our appreciation. Every single employee there is friendly and amazing.The environment is peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend this store to everyone.
I am so grateful for this establishment! It allows me to upgrade my appliances/furniture on a timeline that is perfect for our budget. Kayla and Nicole are so sweet. I love talking to them; Im not just an account to them! The team is wonderful at communicating and handling situations quickly. They always do their best to get our family taken care of. We have paid off several things through this office and look forward to current and future business with this team!
Rent one was so good to my little salon. I was desperate for a washer and dryer and they got me one so quick with little to no effort on my end. They we so nice and professional on the phone and extremely informative. I cannot say enough great things about this store.
