This place is horrible. I was used as a reference for someone who got behind not even a whole week. This place called me non stop. Even after I told them I had nothing to do with the account and to please stop calling, the employee tried to get smart with me over the phone. Acting like I was responsible for whatever was bought just because I was a reference. It was horrible. To the point I just had to hang up because they kept on trying to argue with me about something my name is no where on, all because I asked them to please stop calling my phone it has nothing to do with me. Very unprofessional and very rude. Me nor anyone in my house will ever do business with this company. Get some respectful and professional employees in this store please.

I have been dealing with this store for awhile. Justin , Sammy and a few others are great. But there is a woman that call and call and call is horrible. My payment isn’t enough to cause liquidated damage and they call me threatening to take my court and legal fees over a payment less than $60. The calls feel threatening. I anm not a criminal. I need the item but I ain’t stealing it. After 2 days late she calls hounding. Very rude and unprofessional on my voicemail. Today not only did they lose a sell but a so called valued customer. The repo man doesn’t even pick your car up until 2 payments have met. It is ridiculous!! I have 3 calls daily back to back with 2 minutes a part every single day and for what???I make online payments. They are auto sometimes. I pay double payments that’s more money at a time than the check to check payment. It is sad that it has come to this. Rent one is my favorite place as helpful as they have been finding what I need with reasonable payments but I returned my item and I will not ever be back!!!

Wanted to say thank you to Sammy and Parker at rent one.They went above and beyond the title of their jobs to make sure everything was working good and looking good before leaving.Next time your looking to rent to own Go to Rent One in dyersburg.Not only do they have delivery people that care they have amazing staff ready to help you find what your looking for so go to rent one and ask for Kia who is also amazing to start your next rental agreement
