I have been with Rent One for years, Mary is amazing and very good at her job.I will never buy from anyone else.Tim,Mary and Cody are the best.If they don't have what I need, they go find it and get it for me.They all feel like family.
The entire sales staff here does an excellent job. They provide individual customer service based on need not just sales. Everyone, except goes above and beyond to help. And, all of this is due to the leadership of Tim Crosby.

Don’t be fooled that this is a bullcrap review - because I promise it’s not. I ordered a bed and frame from here and the original agreed upon weekly payment was going to be just shy of 50$ weekly, there were issues getting it to our apartment on time. And after that they started charging us 80$ weekly, claiming that we had late charges. Every week????! Then they got the scheduling wrong to pick the bed back up and were late to the pick up on the day of.
Tim and Mary are absolutely amazing. I’ve never met more understanding and flexible people to do buisness with. If there’s ever a time I’ve had financial issues I could always call Tim and let him know what going on and he makes it work out. Best deals in town on rent to own products and they always have awesome sales on seasonal items.
