Rent One did an amazing job! They found a brand new reclining sofa and loveseat for me like I asked for and in the color. They delivered it with care and set it all up for me! It looks beautiful and we love the reclining sofa, loveseat, and tables.

Tried to cancel service due to not having payment. And they charged my account making it to where I couldn’t pay my light bill

We ordered a brand new gas stove. It was delivered half put together. We have had it maybe 3 months at best. Noticed the front glass is coming down from the corner. The front and back of the stove gets so hot that it literally burns your fingertips to touch the knobs to turn it on. We called them to come out and check it out, the guy at first said it was normal to get hot like that then went on to say the hinges are either sprung from a child standing on it or the whole door needs replaced. I have a well mannered 8 and 10 year old, so for them to feel accused was messed up. I tried to explain it had been that way since day one. They weren’t sure if it was new or used which is nonsense because I specifically asked for it to be new. Seems they just tell you what you want to hear and then pass blame for their half put together equipment.
