These guys worked so hard to try and get the couch I bought into my door. When they couldn't get it through the door their boss immediately called me and had me come to.looka t another couch that I absolutely loved and ended up buying. They rushed back to take the other couch back and bring me the new one so I could still get my couch on that day. They also worked with my landlord to fix the dings in the wall that were accidentally made while trying to get the first couch through the door. They are super professional and really care about your input and happiness. Great job!

This was my first experience with Rent-A-Center and I'm highly impressed. Ordering online was super quick and it was easy to navigate thru the website and the terms were clearly laid out. Called them the day after ordering, cause I'm impatient, the gentleman was friendly and was quick to get delivery set up. Item was delivered today and was exactly as pictured, and the two delivery men were very friendly and fast! Will definitely be using them in the future!

Great credit manager and assistant was able to get me what I needed. Even upgraded my tv for bigger size for free when it had a issue. The delivery driver Anthony was respectful and was very nice with our Doberman named Luna. Do recommend this peticular store
