Had recent experience where staff talked about me behind my back when coming for a pick up I requested and questioned my family on my personal business of my private life I didn’t feel that’s part of the job of picking up items…..it’s disrespectful n unprofessional. They lost my business because of this kind of stuff. Their policy states for whatever reason needed I can return stuff and that doesn’t mean their delivery guys get to trash talk my name in front of my family and question about my business that’s none of theirs. I spoke with management as to why needing to return they was there to pick up only THATS IT! Everything that happened while there was unacceptable!

So I went to rent one in Paragould and paid on a stove 5 or 6 months same a cash right at 900 dollars since day one, one of the burners did not work, I’ve called an called countless times still nothing, excuses, excuses. I do not recommend them!! I’m having to replace the burner myself

Used this place several times and I liked the service went back at the beginning of Dec to get an Xbox and all they had were used consoles the salesman literally had the nerve to ask me why I wanted a new console. Ended up going to Aaron's and getting a new machine for 80 dollars less a month than I would have paid for the used console at rent one. Not sure what happened with the service at this location. Rent one overall is still a great company.
