Absolutely horrible, I will never purchase another item from this Aaron’s location again . I have a washer and dryer set and I have been having nothing but issues with this dryer since September of last year. The first issue I had with this dryer was the dryer kept throwing the breaker, and I know this because I had an electrician come out and check the breaker to my home the breaker was fine , it took 3 calls for them to finally come get it to repair it. They finally came and guess what it was something electrical in the dryer not my home. Now I’m having issues with the dryer not drying on the first time unless it’s on sanitize mode . They acted like they didn’t want to even take the dryer when they came to pick it up bc i had the dryer on sanitize mode drying so at this point im not not even sure they are actually checking the dryer out I think they are holding it at their location for weed to make it seem like they are trying to fix it . They claim everything works so no repairs are needed . I KNOW ITS NOT HEATING . I only had about 2 payments left which is why I feel like they don’t want to honor the service contract and fix the dryer .DONT USE THEM BETTER OFF FLUSHING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN ! I would give a zero star review if I could .

I was shopping everywhere for a bed frame. Like went to 5 different furniture stores in Paragould (so basically all of them) and I made a call to Aaron’s, and Kelly picks up and makes my day. She tells me they have a bed frame on a great sale, even though I already knew and expected to get a whole bedroom set like you usually have to do, they had a frame ready to go. I get there like 15 mins before close, and she shows it to me in the back, and proceeds to even offer the nightstand at a great price. Well when I went to check out, I got the night stand for free and they worked with the price even more for me just to take care of me! Kelly and Elizabeth: thank you so much. I truly feel taken care of and happy with my purchase. Made everything so easy and even though I spent all day trying to shop for an affordable bed frame, they came through in spades to really make my day feel worth the effort.

The staff always amazing, they always willing to help, by far the best crew in aarons ever! Elizabeth the store manager is always super friendly and helpful. I've paid off a couple items thru them an will continue to lease from them on the future!

Aaron’s staff is always so nice and help with everything I need! I love my new washer and dryer! Paid off multiple things from them! Clean store always greets with a smile go see them u won’t be disappointed
