Levi, Store Manager, is very honest, professional and goes above and beyond in providing the best customer service experience, both in sales and in service to existing customers. Would recommend if you are shopping for new furniture, appliances or electronics.
Sales personnel stated that the referral program was no longer active, found out later after speaking to the manager that it was still available. Delivery day came, he was late, then my spouse had to help unload and carry a kitchen table and chairs in the house due to only sending one delivery person.

It wasnt good pd 111 to get something out the door just not to be able to use it
Almost have my washer paid off and it has not been working right for several months . Been trying to get it switched out and all I get is ignored. The staff is very nice and friendly .but now this washer does not spin out. I hate to come on here to do this report but I'm not getting heard any other way.

doing good an the guys at.the carmi location are.vwry nice an helpfull.with any questions I have an they dont mind to.come to.the house if need.to.be
