Alisha is the best! I was without a washer for a few weeks and she immediately got me in for a new one. I changed my mind a couple weeks later about wanting a matching set and she had to the dryer at my house in no time! Highly recommend :)

Went in Saturday 12/7 looking for a tv. Had the mailer I received in the mail that said a $1 down and no payment until Jan 3rd. It was kinda tore up because of my 4 year old but still readable. One of the ladies there said it was no longer any good but I had just recently received it in the mail and it said Happy Holidays on it so assuming it meant for Christmas. So said she could do $5 down. We agreed when all paperwork was done and we paid we asked when they'd deliver (we asked if we could take with us she said no) she said Monday and I said what time and she said she'd call us. Monday gets here and I'd expect a call for like when they first open (10 am) but nothing. I ended up calling them at 11:21 am asking when they'd be delivering and she said not today it be Tuesday I asked what time she said they would call when they're on their way. Not very professional if you ask me. Saturday said they were behind because of black Friday (but seemed like all their delivery vehicles were in the parking lot) I saw 2 guys load a 50 ish inch TV into one of them but it never left the entire time we were there. I hope it gets delivered Tuesday 12/10 been without a TV since Saturday. Or they don't call or show up Tuesday. Cause it seemed like they weren't going to call today and I wouldn't have heard anything if I hadn't called. If it's not here Tuesday I'll be taking my business elsewhere!
