Lisa is amazing took no time to get my items. They hooked it up fast and quick. Also kept my inform when they were coming to deliver so I was able to do things and town and when I got the call I meet them at my house

These people harass & call all throughout the day everyday. If you owe a payment on the day of & it's not past due they'll call throughout the day & harass for payment. You're a few days late not MONTHS they'll call EVERYDAY Throughout the day for payments. You inform them on when you'll pay they STILL call & harass you & your family trying to get a hold of you. These people are insane & greedy, almost like they have your number saved & on speed dial waiting first thing to blow your phone up. Ridiculous! Won't rent from these people again. I highly DON’T RECOMMEND.

They are the BEST!!! I desperately needed a washer. I thought it would take a couple of weeks because that’s how the other famous store does. But they had it in stock!! We did everything over the phone. It was easy, the ladies in Jacksonville are amazing!! THE BEST PART, I GOT MY WASHER THE SAME DAY!!
