Great fast, efficient and easy to work with. I recommend 10 out of 10. Wes was great to work with showing me all my options in the price range I gave him. Will definitely continue to do business with them indefinitely!!!!

Everything was great except delivery guys didn’t/couldn’t show me how to hook up or plug in bed. They left it unplugged and I had to have someone come in and hook it up. Then when they put the bed together, they sat the bed on top of my phone charger. Now I can’t get it out. The office staff is great. The only reason I came back after paying off my previous loan. However, it needs to be explained before delivery of item when the payment will be due. I figured they would deliver it and then in a month it would be due. I will know next time thanks.

As far as rent to own places go so far rent one has been amazing! Got my application ran and approved quickly! Got my new living room set delivered the very next day! Great customer service and attitude throughout from everyone at this location that helped me! Great selection as far as couches and sectionals go as well!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order while on the phone with a sales rep the guy stated it would take a week tops. Called a week later as I had received no follow up and was told we’re behind and was rude. Called the number that’s listed on the review and they agreed that that was a long wait time and received a refund the following day no call no explanation nothing what a waste

Hello, I applied to rent a laptop and told the store manager I started school the following week so it was urgent and was told the application process takes 24 hours. After 3 days passed I called to check on the status of my application and was told by a sales rep there are a lot of applications so he couldn’t tell me how long it will take. Very rude and kinda like whatever. After two more days the manager called and said you’re denied. I asked why or what are the reasons for my denial, her stated he didn’t know the reason and couldn’t tell me anything. I then asked for my tenant screening so I could see the reason for denial and he stated he didn’t know what that was and couldn’t provide any info. He was very rude about it and I think the denial was based on his emotions and not the company policies and honestly I don’t think my application was even ran or considered because my references verified they never received a call or any contact. I contacted corporate and expressed my concerns , left a message with the regional manager and currently waiting on a call back. Based on other reviews I don’t think I’ll ever reveal call back but we shall see..

The rent one here in Tulsa that I go to is absolutely amazing. The store manager Wes and the rest of the staff is phenomenal. They are always willing to help work extremely hard to get what you need and what you want honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else they know good business they’re good to their customers, and I will continually go back. Well, done guys well done
