The store gave the delivery men the wrong address. Didn't load the nightstand. Waiting for that now. But the men who brought my furniture were amazing and super professional and put the bed and everything together for me! Great guys!!

3 stars. Honestly it could’ve been 5 if they had a different manager. I’ve had TWO personal phone calls with him, neither one did I initiate. And both left a bad taste in my mouth. 1st call- he called me stating my payment was late and immediately asked where he could charge it. I stated that the payment came out of my bank account, my profile online also showed that all my payments were made and I didn't owe anything at that time. He then attempted to belittle me, and said “well here on MY screen it shows you haven’t paid it,” I said “well something isn’t right then, I don’t know what you expect me to do because I will not be paying you today.” His response, “well I don’t care what you decide to do.” I asked why he was calling my phone then. I immediately hung up the phone and called customer service to inquire about my payments. The sweet customer service lady informed me that on her end I am all caught up and no payments are due. Crazy, he called me to collect a payment not even owed, and was completely rude about it when I denied giving my card. 2nd call- “I’m the manager here at Aaron’s, how are you young lady?” 1st off, don't call me that, or anyone over 30 that. Especially in the manner he said it because I know he remembers our 1st conversation. I responded “good” then waited in silence to see if his call was in regards to the delivery they made to my house the day before. He decided to continue with “hey so what are we doing about the bedroom suit? It shows that it was due on the 1st, so now here we are 12 days in and you still haven’t made a payment so what are we gonna do?” I replied, “oh, so you’re the manager, right? So you mean the bedroom suit that y’all picked up yesterday after y’all made my delivery?” He responded, “Oh let me see. I don’t have anything here on my computer. They must’ve not put the paperwork on my desk.” (Side note- he’s always quick to blame his employees.) So he’s scrambling through something on his desk and then apparently comes across my paperwork. “Oh here it is, I found it. I guess because I left early yesterday blah blah blah.. I am a GM at another local business here in Tulsa. Me personally, I know what’s going on inside my store whether I’m clocked in or off the clock. That’s just what comes with my job title, as well as professionalism, which he lacks. Not one time in this phone call did he bring up the fact that they still OWE me a dryer because they could not deliver it due to it missing a piece! I have purchased 5 high priced items with Aaron’s over the last 2 years…and always had good things to say about the process and employees. Out of these 2 years, he is the only bad thing to come out of it. And a manager at that. He needs to be retrained or replaced. He does not do his job effectively and lacks the proper professionalism. Aarons’s don’t let one manager ruin your relationship with your customers. Do better.

This company is full of liars, false advertisement, and all around does not give a damn about the customer. They will do anything say anything to get you in there and then lie to your face lie to yourself on the phone. I spoke with two different people from corporate her two different stories and both are liars. Take your business anywhere anywhere anywhere else but there you’ll be glad you did.

The manager of this store is extremely rude and incompetent. Aaron's is great but manger needs to be fired!! Highly recommend going to a different store if you choose to do business with Aaron's. I will not be!

I ordered a tv online for a penny. It took forever to get here. Then a payment was do. They lied about the price every month. The tv does what it wants, freezing in the middle of a movie. I have to unplug it for hours or even a whole day. I called and got the rudest manger ever. Told me I can trade the tv but will have to start over. Said, I had it for 8 months now. But when they called me 2-3 months after receiving the tv ask, how did i like it? I said, its slow, freezes and does what it wants to. Remote doesnt work well. I've been back in forth having surgeries and do for another one. I barley watched when I got it and haven't watched it much lately because of surgeries. Smgdh I'm from Illinois; Chicago. They have way better customer service then Tulsa Oklahoma

Very helpful getting my couch, delivery took a little too long and they forgot my back cushions but hey still a great place now I justed ordered a 65 inch TV online I am having some problems with that hopefully we can get it figured out I've been without my TV for 2 weeks now and I don't want to go buy a brand new one yet so I'm gonna rent one until I save up to go buy a Samsung Roku 75 inch for Christmas for myself I've got the money to go buy one but I'm gonna wait another 2 months and then go buy one out right.
