Worst customer service ever they run your card monday thru Friday when your payment is due on a Saturday. Then when you end up since and have a family call for you because you end up having a surgery they still blow your phone up to the point I had to have the nurse turn it off. And they still call and come by your place when you are in the hospital. I called and had them come pick it up

Requires you to be a home owner/renter in order to rent from them. Doesn't say that anywhere on their website. I provided paystubs, Id and first payment and processing fee to be told that I won't be able to do anything without a lease. So order is cancelled and now I'm out 44 dollars for 5 to 7 business days. I wish RAC still did phones

I was helped From the moment I walked into the store! It was my first time in.The manager helped me with everything, my application and answered all my questions, Very friendly staff. I was really impressed and my furniture was delivered the very next day as promise on time and set up the way I wanted. Thank you

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Lanessa her knowledge of items and store policies surpassed my expectations she took prompt good care of me although I could hear the phones ringing and questions being asked of her she was able to make me feel as if my needs were a priority , all I did was to describe what I wanted and she came back with a few options to choose from I never had to step foot in the store. I enjoyed the fast easy app process overall a great experience. The delivery drivers were also friendly and informative about the item I rented. They were careful kind and courteous although I did end up with a scratch on the wall I completely felt that the whole crew was well traind and absolutely made the experience a pleasant one I’m grateful and also thankful

These people have some of the worst employees representing their company. They are disrespectful. They were so mean to a friend of mine who rents from them. Save yourself the headache and just take your hard earned money elsewhere. Trust me.

Absolutely worst location. They will refund you real quick and take back used merchandise that is current. I would bet all their merchandise is used bc they are so hard to deal with. Customer service is 0! They literally think they own YOU bc you pay $30 a week for 1 piece of merchandise. It’s nuts. So rude and think they are better than their customers! These people really belong next door at the McDonald’s with the lack of customer service skills and stupidity!
