Rent One

Applied on Monday, made a payment. Got a TXT message asking for proof of lease and employment. Emailed it all in. Not a single follow up email, TXT phone call or anything. I called today and was put on hold right away and transferred to someone who had no clue. Said I was turned down and the account closed YESTERDAY. Would not provide a reason, had to go check if I was even going to be refunded what I had payed already. DO MOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS COMMON COMMUNICATION ABILITIES. If I could give zero stars, I would. False advertising stating everyone approved and emails saying you’re approved.

I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT END UP SIGNING THE CONTRACT! This store is the most unprofessional company I have delt with in a long time. I did an online order last Monday and called and canceled the same day. I even called back a few min later to confirm my refund. Here it is a week later and still no refund. I call again this morning the lady says that they never issued my refund or canceled my order and that the manager was "busy unloading a truck" but that I could come pickup the cash for the refund. 5 min later she calls back and says they have no cash I have to wait until they make a cash sale to pickup my $37. She then tells me it shows I took possession of the Playstation already. So I said if it says that then I will just get it instead she says the lease was started last Monday when I originally signed up. I told her I do not agree to that why would I pay for a work I didnt have it. She said the manager would call back once again. It's been 2 hours so I call baxk this time a guy answered and says the manager isn't in store at all and he doesn't know when he will be back but they just issued my refund a hour ago and they cannot provide me documentation that they really issued it this time. Every single thing they have said to me from day 1 has been lies and I am so aggravated that any business would operate like this. Im sure thats why there is only a handful left of this and Aaron's and rent a center are everywhere. I would 1000% urge anyone to not do business with them they lie and are unprofessional and really should be closed down. Shameful!

Worst customer service ever they run your card monday thru Friday when your payment is due on a Saturday. Then when you end up since and have a family call for you because you end up having a surgery they still blow your phone up to the point I had to have the nurse turn it off. And they still call and come by your place when you are in the hospital. I called and had them come pick it up

Requires you to be a home owner/renter in order to rent from them. Doesn't say that anywhere on their website. I provided paystubs, Id and first payment and processing fee to be told that I won't be able to do anything without a lease. So order is cancelled and now I'm out 44 dollars for 5 to 7 business days. I wish RAC still did phones

I was helped From the moment I walked into the store! It was my first time in.The manager helped me with everything, my application and answered all my questions, Very friendly staff. I was really impressed and my furniture was delivered the very next day as promise on time and set up the way I wanted. Thank you

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Lanessa her knowledge of items and store policies surpassed my expectations she took prompt good care of me although I could hear the phones ringing and questions being asked of her she was able to make me feel as if my needs were a priority , all I did was to describe what I wanted and she came back with a few options to choose from I never had to step foot in the store. I enjoyed the fast easy app process overall a great experience. The delivery drivers were also friendly and informative about the item I rented. They were careful kind and courteous although I did end up with a scratch on the wall I completely felt that the whole crew was well traind and absolutely made the experience a pleasant one I’m grateful and also thankful

These people have some of the worst employees representing their company. They are disrespectful. They were so mean to a friend of mine who rents from them. Save yourself the headache and just take your hard earned money elsewhere. Trust me.
