This is the worst place to rent from they don't care when things happen in people life like being sick with pneumonia or ending up having a surgery and having to do alil therapy, they blow your phone up, run your card from monday to Friday leave very rude disrespectful voicemail even when you have a family member call for you when you go into surgery to let them know and then to next day call your phone like what do you not understand about someone having surgery don't nobody have to lie about it. Just rude disrespectful and unprofessional

Trash. Applied online and was allowed to sign up for things without being fully accepted. Walked in to discuss what happened and was told even though I make 3-4k monthly it’s up to the store to decide whether you get accepted or not vs what the criteria asks for as your applying. Lady in the office made the choice based on emotions as well, typical

They have a so called "promotion" going on where you get your item for $10 for the first week. No that's not true. They charge you $10 to HOLD the item, then you pay like I think they said $150 at first then we talked em down to $80 but STILL!!!! IT DOES NOT PAY FOR YOUR FIRST WEEK THEY REQUIRE A DOWNPAYMENT TOO!

They have a so called "promotion" going on where you get your item for $10 for the first week. No that's not true. They charge you $10 to HOLD the item, then you pay like I think they said $150 at first then we talked em down to $80 but STILL!!!! IT DOES NOT PAY FOR YOUR FIRST WEEK THEY REQUIRE A DOWNPAYMENT TOO!

Van is unprofessional. Jason is a liar. I have confirmations for a signed lease. It was suppose to have been delivered today. When i stated my concern Van said im not delivering to you. I didn’t get a heads up that they canceled my order or anything. I am highly upset.

The manager here, I believe his name is Van, was very unprofessional and rude. Not only am I leaving a review but I have also contacted corporate. This man looked at me and said "you don't have to have it" I told him "I know that, it's my money." It kind of sounds like Rent-A-Center doesn't want my money? His behavior made no sense to me. I mean I was a general manager through covid and was a whole lot nicer than this. Rent-A-Center this is not look good for a company's image.
