Dennis who helped us (Rockford Store) made us feel at home. Great conversation that made us feel as if we've known each other for years. Love my new appliance and living room set! My family and I went in to look at some refrigerators for our new home , we were greeted right away by Mr Wynford & Ms Ashley they are both very knowledgeable with their inventory they answered every question i had (keep in mid i am a tough shopper ). They made sure i was happy with what i was looking for before they talked about numbers , when we did get to the numbers they showed me everything number by number with no hesitation. We got a great deal with our new fridge ,such a great deal that we ended up buying a new bed with free delivery on both !!!. Couldn't be happier everything went smooth with no pressure i strongly recommend you to stop in.

I will definitely be back to purchase something else from buddy’s. I never do rent to own and I needed a window air conditioner and called the gentleman that answered is who helped me . He definitely needs a raise he is a hard working man and was so patient with the 2 customers that were there before me . I appreciate his service and he was the only person working and I highly recommend to come to buddy’s to make your house a home 🏠

Went in to look around for some New furniture for my Apartment.. The Ladies There was very helpful and patient with me. As an older person Sometimes it takes me a little longer than the young folks. The Sales manager showed me around and answered all the questions I had. She is very knowledgeable. We picked out a furniture set that will be perfect for my new place .
