Dave has been nothing but kind , understanding and taken care of everything I and my partner needed in furniture, if I didn’t like something he made it right! I was able to return and get something different anytime I felt it wasn’t right! And I think his staff is very nice!! He is down to earth in this small town .. I will continue to go to rent one because of dave

Sara is awesome! Applied first at the Alton location and messed up on my initial application and the guy acted like I was on shady business so I applied at the granite location and she took my word for it no questions asked and had my computer delivered the same day I spoke with her. Definitely gonna check out a TV or something with them too bc I like how they do business. Definitely speak with Sara when applying she will treat you right and make sure you get exactly what your wanting or the next best thing 👌

The overall experience was great. Sarah was absolutely helpful and very friendly which made things so much easier for me. I do fault myself for not looking at the furniture more, several stains and spots that I can’t get out but that is my fault. Overall the customer service was amazing, prices are good and I recommend to anyone starting out or looking to upgrade the 120 days same as cash is also amazing.

The manager is the reason that I bought from you guys. His customer service is top-notch, and his knowledge on products and pricing is equal. What stood out to me, though was the way he treated his employees. You guys are lucky to have him.
