I watched first hand at her customer service on a busy Saturday morning and she didn’t let anything razzle her and she was kind and so supportive of everyone coming in! That store knows how to take care of its customers. I just happened to read through some of these reviews and I cannot believe people would stoop so low as to make up negativity. I have been dealing with this store for YEARS and have never been disappointed. I have missed a payment and I got the phone calls that were due to me for not holding up my end of the bargain. These people really take their job seriously and I can tell. Kate is friendly but she also knows when she has to get serious with someone. That makes her a darn good GM if you ask me. I would never do business anywhere else.
