Recent reviews from rent-to-own stores in Alton.
All the staff was just so nice and helpful that's the kind of business I like doing with people so much respect in that store I'll continue to keep doing business thank you very much I am enjoying my living room furniture
Cheree and Brian are two of my MOST favorite people who work in customer service. They are the reason many others, and I, return to this store for business. They make you feel like you have known them your entire life. I love their videos!!!!! Keep it up!!!
I wanna give a huge shout out to Cherie! She was so sweet and has such an amazing attitude! She made things so easy to understand! Girl definitely needs a raise! Anyways I love my new couches also! :)
I had the chance to speak with staff here, not for a purchase but for another matter and I believe I spoke with Chaniece. She was awesome! I watched first hand at her customer service on a busy Saturday morning and she didn’t let anything razzle her and she was kind and so supportive of everyone coming in! If I was to ever come in for furniture, I would definitely seek her out.
The process of finding and renting out the furniture I needed was so fast and efficient l! I really wasn’t expecting it to be so easy, but it was. I highly recommend for first time renters as myself, the staff really knows what they are doing and they are there to help you. I spoke with Cherie and she even made sure to call me and keep me updated on all the steps we needed to take to ensure a smooth delivery. So very helpful and nice!
That store knows how to take care of its customers. I just happened to read through some of these reviews and I cannot believe people would stoop so low as to make up negativity. I have been dealing with this store for YEARS and have never been disappointed. I have missed a payment and I got the phone calls that were due to me for not holding up my end of the bargain. These people really take their job seriously and I can tell. Kate is friendly but she also knows when she has to get serious with someone. That makes her a darn good GM if you ask me. I would never do business anywhere else.
