I’m a good costumer from these store never have a problem whit the last crew who works there that apparently the new manager get fired…. That’s was she try to say on our conversation cause now she think put in pressure in people who pay it’s going to make a big change ti bad!!! things are going down in these location for sure cause what you doing trying to fix what your boss can’t fix at least in the time I’m in there I don’t thing that’s going to work you just going to lose good costumers cause I do not take even a rug from here!!!!! NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL If you need to get something from these stores cause sometimes it’s the easy way I get it,,,your got ti look for a location with better costumer services 😉

Omg not only does the store manager suck I talked to the District manager And verbatim what he said is the customer is wrong. What a joke. What kind of customer service is that he also said most of the google reviews on here are from people that don't pay their accounts 😑 what Okay JOSH thats why i called corporate again that is crazy you’re district manager, and you have that kind of persona. You could tell he either hates his job or he has the mindset that he needs to be right arguing with me on the phone. You weren’t just cocky and snarky but you also don’t care about the people and customers you think everybody doesn’t pay their. Accounts 🙄 JUST so you know this district manager JOSH hates their customers do not sign a contract with them. Crazy.

If you need a miracle at Rent-A-Center, ask for Iris. She is currently helping me replace a broken washing machine. Then, as if that isn’t enough, she has worked her magic and got me my dream couch. Iris isn’t just a salesperson; she’s a legend. Quick, helpful, and somehow is going to make my living room look like it belongs in a magazine. Someone get this girl a raise—or a cape! 10/10 would recommend. Superwoman!

I've been getting calls from this store for the last two weeks. Everytime I've picked up I've told them I don't know anyone by the name they are saying. They tell me okay we will update the file and then call the very next day again. They even called an hour later after saying that. I don't shop at rent a center neither does my family. I live 2 hours away from this location anyway. Maybe a new policy should be call the numbers in front of who's applying and you wouldn't have this issue.
