The new store manager, Matt, and the delivery man were amazing at getting my account corrected, and getting me my furniture and appliances in proper a manner! If I ever need anything more this is the store. Very friendly, cooperative and nice group they have. I would say order online rather in store, but with the past manager no longer working there, that issue should have been resolved!?🙏thank you for all the help and understanding!! My bed is super comfortable, my couch is as well, and my washer and dryer is amazing! They have other stuff in store that looks very nice! A great place to get what you need at a decent price. Paying weekly is way easier also than monthly(yes, you can make payments through the month for monthly, or just pay weekly and if you have to pay ahead one week, then that eliminates that next week.) It works both ways! All in all a great place to get furniture and appliances at a good price! The interest rate is horrible. Getting a new appliance/couch/beds/et. At what it basically cost for out of pocket.) Again thank you all so much for all of your help!!!

I stopped in the rent a center in Mattoon IL, on Wednesday the 24th at about 4-4:45pm, Becca helped me get what I needed. She did a PHENOMENAL job making sure I understood everything and helping me get everything situated and good to go! She made sure I understood the total agreement and there was another gentleman picking some things up he was super nice as well! Such a great attitude!
