I stopped in the rent a center in Mattoon IL, on Wednesday the 24th at about 4-4:45pm, Becca helped me get what I needed. She did a PHENOMENAL job making sure I understood everything and helping me get everything situated and good to go! She made sure I understood the total agreement and there was another gentleman picking some things up he was super nice as well! Such a great attitude! Make sure to get with Becca for all of your needs! She will get you situated just right and get you something you really want! Thank you Becca!!

I was helped by Becca at the store in Matton Illinois she was outstanding. She made the process easy and was able to get me everything I needed without any problems. I will be buying more and recommending friends and family to shop there with her.

I have went with rent acenter for many years and have bought alot thri them . And never had any issues I'm ky but Illinois Mattoon is a different story. Always been a good customer .. and always paid off everything and always on time. But had surgery. And just needed a little time to make a payment. . And they didn't want to help me. At all. Treated me like a criminal It will be the last time I ever use them for anything.

If I could give the 0 stars I would. Online payments won't let you make any type of payment, unless it's a full payment. I guess they don't want paid until I have ALL the money.... Need to learn to work with people, and I don't like talking to any of the rude employees Mattoon store has. The voicemails i recieve are rude and consesending... Ever since Josh left just its been terrible!!! I can't wait to be done with them!! NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️‼️
