Great fast service highly recommended at first that’s how their customer service is their first impressions great after that it sucks they have 1001 excuses for everything they give you a computer worth the money they are charging when they one fails to work they give you an older model computer still a great computer but it’s heavily warn and way over priced your still over all paying 50 dollars a week for something that’s clearly needing to be at 30 to 35 and paid off in average 6 months cause it’s that warn it’s a 700 dollar computer brand new I get it lease to own you pay more but clearly someone already made most of this computers life and I’m still over paying for 12 months or longer it’s a wrip off they are trying to make their money back on you let alone the lask of communication sucks and the sales people lask to communicate anything the sales manager says she understands my frustrations and turns out she doesn’t cause she’s doing the same exact thing the owner herself sucks at being a business owner and shouldn’t be in her position either these people r full of crap her manager needs to be fired cause it’s not the owners job to try to solve something that’s why she has a manager but clearly her manager can’t even manage a McDonald’s so why could she handle this she needs to be removed.. I was gonna pay out right for alot of stuff and due to large amount certified check is the best way to pay that they still used the excuse certified checks need to be verified ummm great that’s as easy as calling the bank that gave it give the numbers and they say yay or nayy so this owner has no idea how to be an owner

Krystal is absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond to help me with my couch rental. Her customer service skills are unmatched!!she made the entire process stress-free and pleasant. She explained everything in detail and didn’t make feel rushed If you visit, definitely ask for Krystal !!

Bought a couch here with cash and when they delivered it they left a 15 inch scratch on my new houses floor. I got a very very small discount on a table and had to fix the scratch on my own. The table was brand new and still was damaged. The picture of the scratch on my floor now has filler in it but is still very visible. Damaged table was brand new. Pictures don’t do it justice highly don’t recommend
