Found an amazing couch and loveseat here! Good price and fairly new and I absolutely loved it! We were able to set the ship date a few weeks back which was extremely important! We worked with Maddie and she was AMAZING and extremely helpful and understanding she helped us find what we were looking for and wrote down quotes for us. She didn’t pry and she didn’t care that I changed my mind 5,000 times on what we might’ve got. Safe to say my visit was amazing here and I will definitely be back for more products when the time is right!
Had a horrible experience. Was late due to not being paid in the time frame I usually get paid, was harassed every morning and many times a day while at WORK when I’ve communicated and told them I’m not allowed to be on the phone at work and still continued to do it. Came to my house and my door was open yet I was gone in an emergency, and they stalked my house and continued to talk crap with my camera recording them even looked at my camera and was saying they don’t know if it work or not hoping it didn’t. GM was too scared to show his face to my camera and even decided he was going to cuss and call people saying my house is a mess due to my 2 kids I have! Sent pretty nasty texts to me too. Next time go to somewhere else that won’t scam you out of money and will understand people have a life and things can’t be handled on the instant! GM came to my house at 10:45 at night cause we had enough. So came off the clock looking intoxicated and was blocking my driveway and I had to drive through my yard for me to be able to leave. 0/100
I have been a customer for the past 4 years. Washer & dryer, 3 Bedroom sets, TV and a sound system. Michelle, Anthony & Madie in store always helpful and accommodating. Recently, Brett and Conner delivered our recent bedroom set & was an absolute pleasure. Connor masterfully backed the truck precisely into a tight space in my driveway. His Customer Service was top notch. Explained in detail what order things were going to happen and set the expectations and time frame. Brett, as always made sure we knew if we needed anything to not hesitate with any problems to reach out directly.

Ive been a customer for at least 14 years off and on. Anthony has for as many times ive purchasd here in kearney nebraska been very positive and helpful. Maddie Nutter however is a Gem. She has been so helpful and cheery each time I come in and makes it easy to want to come back thank you
Love Premier!!! Everyone is super nice there. Anthony and the whole team are really good at their jobs and will do whatever they can to help. The deals are pretty good there too. ☺️
