It pained me to even give them one star! My elderly brother (80) got a couch from them in the past 6 months. They delivered a used couch and it had bedbugs. He has NEVER had a problem until this couch arrived. When I called on his behalf they would not come get it and dispose of it and said I would have to talk to the GM and she was out. i called later in the day and she was at lunch and whoever I talked to was rude. She finally called back late in the afternoon and I was unavailable to take the call. Of course they said it was our fault, but never offered to replace it or reduce/cancel the amount owed. They didn't offered to help, apology or interest in doing anything. I set up a payment plan with them to pay off the couch and for them to not even acknowledge the problem is unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend Aarons to anybody for anything! To not even try to help solve the problem and still expect payment on something I had to pay to have removed and it being an elderly person is infuriating! Not to mention the pest control company told me that they were not surprised, this is typical Aaron' Rent to Own behavior.

We found an excellent Samsung washer and dryer set here! The paperwork was easy, the customer service was amazing, and the price was unbelievable with an option for 120 days same as cash! We even got the Aaron’s plan for $11 a month. But the icing on the cake was the delivery and set up!!! Alex was AMAZING! The set was delivered on time, installed perfectly, and everything was explained in detail so that we could get our laundry started. I especially appreciated that he ran a cycle to make sure there weren’t any leaks. Thanks Alex! You’re the best!

Christ and his team are amazing people, they are willing to work with you in any situation any circumstance you may be going through. They have always been great with me and always keep me updated. I would recommend them to anyone. If your looking for great quality product Aaron’s in Kearney is the place to go

Went in two weeks ago and was shown what was on the floor, I found what I wanted but the couch was missing so they had to order it. And instead of signing papers or a contract, they showed me a bunch of other products on the website after I told them what I wanted. It was very awkward. Then they said they would call me when it showed up on the following Wednesday, no call. So I called Friday and I was told that they forgot to call and said that they didn’t get half of what they ordered but their GM assured them it’d be on the next truck…a week later no call again so I took my business and money else where! And will be getting furniture on Monday. They clearly showed that they don’t take their business that seriously enough to make a simple phone call. I’m glad I didn’t hand over the money I had! I’ll be sure to steer all friends and family away from this Aaron’s and point them to the business that took care of me!

I have nothing negative to say about this place! I usually deal with Zane or Chris but, all of the employees are great and they will work with you on anything you may need! I have been with Aaron’s for just over 3 years and, this is the only place I would recommend to friends & family. I will for sure keep coming back!
