They open at 8am first come first serve. Check in by door 17. 4 hours to get unloaded !!!!!!

No problem with the people. But the lot was still covered in ice made walking across the lot a bit sketchy. They did load me nose heavy by almost 850lbs. But they reworked it with no complaints. 3 star is only for the ice covered lot.

PREMIER SERVICES are here at suite 116 Nobody is at that first door. !!! Drive and post by dock 16 and go into that door. Extremely easy parking and you could probably reset hours here. Many companies here

4/10/24 Wednesday 11:25 AM checked in 12:00 PM appt 12:05 PM docked 12:40 PM started 1:00 PM loaded 1 hr 15 min at facility, 30 min loading If you arrive late, they will not load you. If you arrive early or on time, they will call you when a door is available.

Appointment only, they don't take you before your exact appointment time. They will call you to give you a door. You can count 3 hours for load/unload. The good thing about it, you can overnight parking and the staff is nice. Also they have restrooms.

Overnight parking. There quick on unloading you. No more than a hour tops. Very friendly and respectful.
