This is by far the best rent a center in Memphis Tn. Ms Gaila is amazing always there to help with anything that she can help with. My family is truly grateful and blessed to have her care for us! Her store is always clean and well kept! Her team gives amazing customer service they do their best as well. Yes I have been late yes they do call yes they do come by that’s because that’s the job. It’s nothing personal it’s just that the job. If they don’t do their job because Ms. Jones doesn't like people to call her or people popping up then that can cause problems with them and affect their livelihood. So with that being said you don’t want them calling or coming by your house then have an open line of communication. That will solve so many problems. But yes I recommend 10/10 I 1,000% recommend this location it’s just outstanding.

CLOSE THIS STORE IMMEDIATELY! RUDE WORKERS, DIDN'T SPEAK OR ACKNOWLEDGE US. Walked the small unorganized store for over 5 minutes. Just stared rudely speaking Spanish. Stay away from this store. Negative 15 stars!

I wouldn't recommend anybody deal with these people. You can pay them early a thousand times but the one time you're late they are showing up to your home and harassing you Calling all day way before business hours. The store manager Gail plays this role like she's helping you out but actually just trying to squeeze extra money out of you. I would recommend Conns or Aaron's.
