Employees are not smart at all. No common sense at all whatsoever. Why ask me if I want my stuff delivered between 1 and 3 today or between 3 and 5 today if now there's an issue and it's not being delivered. I asked why I was asked about a delivery time if there's issues and the response was "they can ask you anything" just plain stupid as hell. And for the corporate number you gotta look that up online he's not smart enough to find it apparently. The account manager who refuses to give his first name needs to be removed immediately. Very sloppy and disrespectful. They're as trashy as the parking lot the store is in.

Very unprofessional, Lack of communication, The men in the office doesn’t know how to speak to women. Don’t explain things well to customers and doesn’t care to take accountability.

I spoke with Ms. Ashley explaining that my pay period changed from simi monthly to bi weekly like 3weeks prior to now. She confirmed that the billing cycle was changed and that it would come out bi weekly so that I wouldn't be charged a late fee. May 19th I called requesting that I receive a call from Ms. Ashley because I was receiving text messages saying that a payment was declined. I left my name and said that it very important that I received a call back that day. I just called today at 11:30am and I was told by Mr.Mitchell that a payment came out of my account today and that the cycle was never changed. I explained to him how this really inconvenience me due to me having important bills that needed to be paid today and that I was preparing for my daughter promotion ceremony. I am customer that have only been late one time due to me changing jobs. I plan my bills out monthly so I am extremely upset that not one but two people have dropped the ball. I take paying my bills on time very seriously and I expect for the sales associates to take their job seriously as well because one mistake can cost a major impact on someone lively hood. Now I have to put my major bills on hold until Friday when I receive my paycheck. This situation has me pissed off. After I pay this tv off I will never do business with RENT A CENTER AGAIN‼️

We had a wonderful interaction with Troy and Calvin yesterday as they delivered our furniture. Great communication from the time they loaded the truck to the time of delivery. Very kind and professional gentlemen! Spoke with Kurt just after regarding our contract agreement and he as well was very kind and professional! Highly recommend this location and staff!
