Was told I was approved for $1,500.00 and I drove from Olive branch to Memphis, only to be told “we can’t approve you” even though I had text messages stating I was approved and even got a phone call telling me I was approved from the store I was going to.

Tiffany made the process smooth. I did everything online and she called me the next day and had everything verified. Great customer service and energy. Higly recommend.

😂😂😂 Employees rude and slow. I started my contract online. Paid first week. A guy called me stating he needed some information. I sent it over. Called back twice. Told two different wrong things from I don’t have an account (was signed in looking at it online), to I sent my renters insurance and bank statement instead of lease & pay stub (sent both the correct docs), to your furniture not even here, call back when it is (whole agreement number and email stating they just needed the docs to deliver). I told her to cancel my order so fast. It’s not worth dealing with them AT ALL. Don’t do it. Wayfair you something instead. I was trying to build a lil credit lol

Filled out an application got approved to get whatever I wanted but they dont call you back or update you with anything. They send a link for me to upload my information then stopped communicating. Very unprofessional!!! Don't come here unless you really want to take a chance.

When you first come in the store there are some nice beds on the right side of the wall that THE MANAGER REFUSES TO SELL! THESE BEDS HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE FOR OVER 2YEARS! I called home office on the store manager and he lied to them and told them there weren’t any beds in his store until I sent them the pictures! Home office stated they would escalate the issue to the other manager, however, nothing has been done! There has to be something fishy going on for him to lie to home office about the beds not being in store when they clearly are!!!!! We’ve been trying to purchase these beds for so long and we went in the store again to see they are still there. The store manager keeps saying the beds are already sold but if they are sold already why are they still in the store after 2Years??????????? UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!! I AM PISSED!
