I wouldn't recommend anybody deal with these people. You can pay them early a thousand times but the one time you're late they are showing up to your home and harassing you Calling all day way before business hours. The store manager Gail plays this role like she's helping you out but actually just trying to squeeze extra money out of you. I would recommend Conns or Aaron's.

I love Ms Thomas that’s my girl!!! She like a second mom to me!!!! When I’m in a tough situation she works to the best of her power to help me out… I will forever consider Rent-A-Center part of my family love you all at 4005 Jackson Ave 🥰🥰🥰

I was inside this store Friday around 6: 30. I was looking for a TV and a dryer. When one of the assistant approach me. I ask him for the cash price on the T.V.. He said that he was sure,but he didn't try to go get the price ( what I'm used too). Then I told he I wanted to get the TV. Without knowing who i was. He told me that the store manager won't sale it to me. I ask why not. He said he was a good deal, and that was for there good customer. So iItild him iIbeen with renter center even beforbeit was rwnterrcenter. He said she is going to say no this is before. I turn in my application. Now, I remind you that everything in my house came for renter center that location. My washer and dryer, refrigerator, sectinals, a few tvs end table my dinning table. And this what I got for this house . I purchased so much stufdsdown through the years. Everytime I move my leaving arangmarrang change there I have to get some for the house. I been at the Killington store and the one that can closed down on Jackson. To tell the truth that are not many people that can has rented pay for more items then I have. Then he looks at my Uber income I can tell you right now that they are not going to take that. When it has been times when I didn't have to show income. The manager did even try to address me. When I was tell her she just said I don't remember you. She really made me feel very uncomfortable
